What can I sell at PinKraft? 

You can sell only handmade products from categories such as beauty, jewellery, clothing, home decors, bags, food, toys, stationery, art & gift.

PinKraft doesnt allow factory made items or reselling products.

How to sell on PinKraft?

Firstly you need to register as vendor by filling out the required details. Then these details will be reviewed and approved by ADMIN. Once approved your Vendor Dashboard will be ENABLED and you can add your products and manage your store.

How can I list my products on PinKraft?

Listing on PinKraft is made easy.

Once you have registered and logged in, complete your shop setup by entering the details.

Select “Add Product” to upload all the details for a product. Each product listing is reviewed before listing in the website for the viewers.

Note : You can add only upto 3 products at a time. Once approved you can add others.

What are the charges for selling on PinKraft?

We charge a simple 3 % service charge on each order. This is a nominal charge to cover the costs of enabling online shopping. Beyond that we charge a 12% referral charge only for the customers we get you. So total of 15% is charged as commission.

How to calculate my product price?

Your product Sale Price will be total of PRODUCT SELLING PRICE  + 15% COMMISSION

You can calculate Product Sale Price using the formula =PRODUCT SELLING PRICE /0.85

For Example, consider your product selling price is Rs.170

Then you can calculate as  170/0.85 = Rs.200. So Rs. 200 will be the Sale Price.

Note : Product price is exclusive of shipping charges. You need to add shipping charges seperately. Check out How to add Shipping charges.

However if you are PRIME MEMBER you can omit the 15% commission charges.

How to add Shipping Charges?

You have to add shipping charges under Settings -> Shipping. 

We have divided into 3 categories : “State, North East states and Rest of India” Kindly add shipping charges under each category. Select your respective states for “States” category. 

How will I get paid for my orders?

Your earnings from each order will be credited to your wallet right after the order is delivered. You can then Request for WITHDRAWAL in your Vendor Dashboard and the amount will be credited to your bank account.

Note : You have to add your bank details in order to submit withdraw request.

Where can I check regarding received orders?

You can receive, ship and enter tracking details on all the orders from the  Orders section on your Vendor Dashboard.

How do I ship my orders?

You need take your own risk to ship the orders and once shipped you need to enter the Tracking information under Orders section. However you will get shipping assistance where we provide Home pickup delivery service under PAID MEMBERSHIP PLAN.
