Shipping Policy

      • This shipping policy describes our policies and procedures for shipping Products purchased on the Platform. Please read and acknowledge the terms of this Shipping Policy before you use the Platforms. If you have any disagreement regarding the terms of this Shipping Policy, you are not allowed to use the Platforms. The terms of this Shipping Policy cannot be changed. By using our platforms, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. We ship to all parts of India.
      • All our prices are inclusive of GST. However, for invoicing purposes, the cost of the product, IGST/SGST/CGST as applicable and shipping costs will be shown in separate sections of the invoice.
      • At PinKraft, the shipping time will depend primarily on two factors: Item availability & Shipping Service.
      • Orders can be shipped to only one address. To ship to multiple addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. Unless otherwise noted, all items on the website are in stock. Because each artisan’s process is unique, shipping times may vary. Look for shipping information on the product page for individual shipping times.

        **Some items carry a special shipping timeframe that may differ from that of other items.
         **If your product carries a special shipping timeframe,  you will be notified at the checkout step of your order on the website. We will try our best to deliver your order within the promised timeframe. However, in some rare cases, there may be unexpected delays beyond our control. If this occurs, we shall contact you immediately via email to let you know of the new timeframe for shipping.

      • The shipping charges mentioned for every order are for less weight items. Extra shipping charges may be collected from customers seperately if the ordered items weight exceeds more than 1 kg. So if your order items weight exceeds 1 kg then you will recieve a mail regarding the extra shipping charges and the payment account details. You need to pay the extra amount within 3 days and reply to the mail with your order ID and screenshot of payment. Then only your order will be processed or else your order will be cancelled.

      • Since we source our products from artisans, NGOs and craftsmen across the length and breadth of India, shipping times may vary significantly for some products. However, we will try to get our products to you soon.

      • Our shipping partners ship products all days between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. IST. Domestic Orders are delivered within 14 working days unless otherwise mentioned in the product details. Shipping time is also subject to factors such as strikes or transport delays due to bad weather by our shipping partners or caused by destination customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.
      • As soon as your order ships, you will also be sent Shipping Tracking Information, using which you can also track your shipment.
      • Incase the product is a customised one then the shipping time may vary which will be  intimated to you via mail.
