Return and Refund Policy

PinKraft platform is a facilitator for transactions to occur between a consumer and a seller. The products listed on the platform are handmade & special attention is given to each item made.
 
However, in the off chance that the product delivered is not upto your expectations, PinKraft takes responsibility to resolve the case in a fair way taking both seller & customers into account.
 

Please note to successfully request for a return, you will be asked to provide an unboxing video of the package & clearly showcasing the state of the product as received by you. The video should provide details clearly as per the reason for return.

PinKraft enforces a site wide policy as shown below. All issues will be resolved according to this.
  1. No returns will be accepted for customised orders.
  2. Personal care & Beauty Products : NO EXCHANGE. Return only for damaged/expired product.
  3. Jewellery & Accessories : RETURN/EXCHANGE on Defective/Damaged/Wrong product/Product mismatch.
  4. Clothing : RETURN/EXCHANGE on Damaged/Wrong product/Size Issue.
  5. Home Decors : RETURN/EXCHANGE on Defective/Damaged/Wrong product/Product mismatch.
  6. Bags : RETURN/EXCHANGE on Defective/Damaged/Wrong product
  7. Healthy Food & Snacks : NO EXCHANGE. Return only for damaged/expired product.
  8. Toys & Stationery : RETURN/EXCHANGE on Defective/Damaged/Wrong product
  9. Art & Gift Items : NO EXCHANGE. Return only for damaged product.

Return/Exchange will not be considered under following conditions :

  1. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  2. Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  3. Serial Number is tampered with.
  4. Product is used or altered
  5. If request is initiated after 3 days of order delivery

Upon cancellation/Return or any case where a refund is to be initiated by PinKraft, we process the refund within 24-48 hours of the request. Once processed, the refund amount will reflect back in account as per following conditions
  • Prepaid Orders – Amount is refunded back to the original mode of payment. It will reflect within 4-7 business days depending on the original mode of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery – If the order amount was paid in cash/card on delivery, we will initiate a bank transfer to the account details shared by you while raising the refund request.
